The World-wide Federation of Scouts Independientes (WFIS) is international, not-governmental, no-denominacional a Scout organization composed by its recognized Scout organizations. WFIS fué founded on 1996 in Laubach, Germany.

The associations members of WFIS must be traditionalistic Scout organizations whom they look for to maintain lives the Law, the Promise and the Escultista scheme, as of Gilwell conceived Lord Baden-Powell. We are not an organization for modernizadores potentials of the Drug addiction, in fact we insisted on which our associations members follow and use the original program of BP, the traditions, uniforms, morality, ethics and structure expressed by B-P in the book Scouting for Boys. Nevertheless it is allowed to update these programs for reasons of health, environmental and of security solely.

Message of Gratefulness of the President of the WFIS-SA

"In the first place I want to thank for to our Vice-president of WFIS SA Mr. Hugo Paniagua, the construction of our new institutional page. To also thank for to our brothers scouts of Colombia, in the person of Dawn Luz and John, his disinterested collaboration to give the direction to us of the page without cost. Today, we have a new point of contact. It will facilitate the knowledge of our activities, will stimulate the interchange of the ideas, the training, the Program, but by mainly it, it will inform into the institutional growth that we will have to experiment as of today. I have the certainty that the drug addiction is more effective than ever, that happens through our hands to be successful, when we offer an attractive Program for the boys, our only preoccupation. Also I have the certainty that we have in the Region many Leaders of great technical quality and that exists a deep desire to work in Unit. These two basic elements reserve unsuspected future successes to us to reach great goals. In order to reach the great tasks the luck does not exist, is only needed efficient, consistent, coherent and systematic a work, with emphasis in the personal example by on the prédica and the declarations. We will obtain it if we observed intachables conducts, become attached faithfully to the Law and the Promise, that serve as paradigm not only our boys, but also so many and so many, that today they observe to us kind and, who depending on since we do it, in the future will be integrated. I invite them to all, without exclusions of no type, to work and to collaborate by the qualitative and quantitative engrandecimiento of our institutions and, by the way of the Unit, to obtain that WFIS SA is something more than the simple sum of all the instuciones that we compose it ". Dear Scouts brothers: I write to them to inform to them that the Assembly of the WFIS-SA will be made in Paraguay days 12 and 13 of August of the 2006 with the purpose of which they make the preparations corresponding. In this assembly 4 members of the Directive Council of each Association (Preferredly which they have the positions of President Scout, Scout Head, Secretary, Commissioner the International or of relations, Head or Commissioner of Training, etc.), nevertheless in the coexistence activities will be opened to any member of the Directive Council of each one of the Associations will be able to participate member. In future messages they will receive greater information on the part of Robert Luís Aguayo Montania, Commissioner the International of the Association Scout Baden Powell of Paraguay (ASBPP). Immediately at the moment I take leave before not without reiterating to them that I am for clarifying any doubt to them.

Dear Hermanos Scouts: I have the affability to direct me to you in representation of the Association Argentina de Scouts of Baden Powell to make them arrive our support and congratulation to have undertaken the Organization of the next World-wide Jamboree of July 2007 in Medellín, Colombia. On the matter, our institution already has begun with the diffusion of this event and the preparation of a delegation of our country to add to us; taking advantage of the unique opportunity which it corresponds to him to our Region to be the host of this international event.

I present/display the last version to Them of the statutes for the South American Region, with the observations that I have received from the different associations member by different means. Also I ask to them the organizations who analyze and vote their approval in the general, writing down those aspects that wish that they become to analyze with the purpose of making them a revision to later request a new democratic approval in the individual.
